krkya Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and krkya ("krkya", "the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your registration, access to and use of krkya.ws and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games and all other gaming products available on the platform. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

krkya operates as an online gaming and sports wagering platform. By accessing krkya.ws, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited under applicable law, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and up-to-date. krkya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it is determined that eligibility requirements have not been met, or where false or misleading information has been provided.

To access any real-money gaming service on krkya, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a username of your choosing, and a password. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for keeping your account details current. krkya may require additional verification information at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with its KYC obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krkya login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify krkya immediately via the support contact available on the platform, and change your password at the earliest opportunity. krkya will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

krkya supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). krkya does not accept deposits made in the name of a third party — all funds deposited into a krkya account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals at krkya are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. krkya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to a person other than the account holder, or unregistered payment methods. Before processing a first-time withdrawal, krkya may require the account holder to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document. This is a standard KYC measure and is not specific to any individual player.

krkya may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions including but not limited to: eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bonus conversion limits, and validity periods. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are not immediately withdrawable. They must first be wagered in accordance with the rollover requirement specified for that particular bonus. Until the rollover requirement is fully satisfied, bonus funds will remain separate from the player's real-money balance and cannot be transferred or cashed out. krkya reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reverse associated winnings where it determines that the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms, including evidence of bonus abuse, multiple-account bonus exploitation, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent rollover requirements.

krkya will not knowingly permit a self-excluded player to continue accessing the platform. Players using krkya agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, the following activities are expressly prohibited on the krkya platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that simulates or replaces human player action.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the krkya platform or in any game provided on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, third parties, or krkya employees to manipulate game outcomes or the results of sporting events on which wagers have been placed through the platform.
• Using the krkya platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using gaming activity to convert illicit funds into withdrawable balances.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats or abusive communication directed at krkya support staff or other platform users.

krkya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and withhold any associated balance where prohibited conduct is identified, with or without prior notice to the account holder. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, krkya may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content available on the krkya platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of krkya or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the krkya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No player may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the krkya platform without prior written authorisation from krkya. Unauthorised use of krkya's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose the offending party to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krkya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the krkya platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. krkya's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

krkya does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network interruptions, third-party software errors and other technical events may temporarily affect platform availability. krkya will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable in the event of an outage, but shall not be liable to any player for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, provided that krkya acts in good faith to resolve the disruption within a reasonable timeframe.

krkya reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, krkya will endeavour to notify active players via the contact details registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the krkya platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on krkya.ws. Your continued use of the krkya platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.2.
